Shipping policy

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Processing time refers to order preparation, not shipping transit time. 
Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. 

House of 333 does not guarantee processing or delivery dates. 

 

Shipping Methods & Transit Times 

Shipping times vary based on location, carrier, and selected shipping method. 

Estimated transit times provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

House of 333 is not responsible for delays caused by: 

  • Carriers 

  • Weather conditions 

  • Customs or international processing 

  • High-volume shipping periods 

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer 

 

Address Accuracy 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. 

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund. 

Once an order has been processed or shipped, addresses cannot be modified. 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages 

House of 333 is not responsible for packages that are: 

  • Lost in transit 

  • Stolen after delivery 

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier but not received 

If a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. 

Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery options and monitor tracking closely. 

 

Shipping Insurance & Tracking 

Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders when available. 

Shipping insurance is recommended but not required. 
If insurance is declined, House of 333 is not liable for loss or damage during transit. 

 

International Orders 

International customers are responsible for: 

  • Customs fees 

  • Duties 

  • Taxes 

  • Import restrictions 

House of 333 is not responsible for delays, fees, or confiscations related to international customs. 

International orders are final sale and non-refundable. 

 

Returned or Undeliverable Packages 

Packages returned due to: 

  • Incorrect address 

  • Failure to retrieve from carrier 

  • Refusal of delivery 

may be subject to: 

  • Additional shipping fees 

  • Restocking fees 

  • Cancellation without refund 

Reshipment is not guaranteed. 

 

Shipping Errors 

If an error occurs on our end (incorrect item shipped), customers must notify House of 333 within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 

Approved corrections will be handled at our discretion. 

 

Final Authority Clause 

House of 333 reserves the right to: 

  • Determine shipping eligibility and responsibility 

  • Modify shipping methods or carriers 

  • Update this policy at any time without notice 

All shipping-related decisions made by House of 333 are final.
