Refund policy

All Sales Are Final 

All sales made through House of 333 are final. 

Due to the nature of our products—including jewelry, limited pieces, custom selections, and energetically curated items—we do not accept returns or issue refunds. 

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy. 

 

Exceptions — Defective or Incorrect Items Only 

Returns or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions: 

• The item received is defective upon arrival 

• The incorrect item was received due to fulfillment error 

These exceptions do not apply to damage caused after delivery. 

 

Reporting an Issue (Strict Timeline) 

To be eligible for review, the customer must: 

• Contact House of 333 within 48 hours of delivery 

• Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue 

• Include the original order number and purchaser information 

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items 

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: 

• Limited Edition pieces 

• One-of-a-kind or discontinued items 

• Custom or personalized items 

• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery 

• Items damaged due to misuse, force, water, chemicals, or environmental exposure 

• Items altered or repaired by a third party 

• Sale or discounted items 

 

Exchanges 

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

If an exchange is approved: 

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs 

• The replacement item must be of equal or lesser value 

• Any price difference is non-refundable 

House of 333 reserves the right to deny any exchange request. 

 

Shipping Responsibility 

• House of 333 is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered 

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information 

• Returned items sent without prior written approval will be refused 

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Important) 

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting House of 333 may result in: 

• Immediate denial of future service

• Permanent restriction from purchasing 

• Submission of evidence disputing the claim with the payment processor 

House of 333 maintains detailed transaction and fulfillment records for dispute resolution. 

 

Final Authority Clause 

House of 333 reserves the right to: 

• Deny any return, refund, or exchange request 

• Determine eligibility at its sole discretion 

• Modify or update this policy at any time without notice 

All decisions made by House of 333 regarding returns and refunds are final.
